Our family lived in the Riverbend Apartments for a year. The year that we have spent there we loved. Unfortunately we had to move due to a long commute to my job, otherwise we would have lived there for many more years! First of all the rent is cheap compared to other apartment complexes in the area, as well as the ones in other cities. The location is prime. The complex is located on Perry road which is a very good area of Grand Blanc and is close to downtown and the schools.

I just moved into Central Park Place. I wasn’t able to see the apartment before I moved in because the complex is always full. I was nervous the apartment wouldn’t look like the one they showed me with furniture in it. But lucky me, my apartment looked great! No surprises. I’m really happy I chose this place. My move in went smoothly and the office was very nice and helpful.

What they are doing here is amazing, we looked at several apartment complexes before we chose this one. This is the only one we found with the “open concept kitchen”, it gives you the great room feeling. To be able to have my kids doing their homework at the counter while i am cooking and helping them is great! They are large and spacious for an apartment. The staff is friendly. No complaints here.

Dear bay manor apartments, I enjoy my home here with you at baymanor apartments. It is comfortable, spacious, clean and inviting. I like all aspects about my place. I must because i have been here for 15 years.
